This Refund Policy applies to products, workshops, challenges, coaching or other services purchased from FitFuel by Shraddha.

 

1. General

• All fees stated are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise specified.

• Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.

 

2. Workshops / Challenges / Coaching Services

• Once you enroll in a challenge, workshop, or coaching service, refunds are not generally provided because of the preparation involved, unless you cancel within a grace period (e.g. within 24‐48 hours of registration), and no services have been delivered yet.

• If you are unable to participate due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergency), you may request a cancellation / refund, but this is at our discretion. Documentation may be required.

• Alternatively, you may be offered a credit / transfer to a future program in lieu of refund.

 

3. Digital Products / E‐books

• Since digital products are delivered immediately, once purchased and delivered, no refunds will be provided unless there is a defect, error, or you did not receive the product.

• If there is a problem, contact us within 7 days to request resolution.

4. Cancellation by FitFuel by Shraddha

• If we cancel a workshop, program or service, or materially change its schedule (date, mode) in a way that adversely affects you, then you will be offered either (a) a full refund or (b) enrollment in a comparable alternative, as per your choosing.

5. How to Request a Refund

• Contact us at info@fitfuelbyshraddha.com with your order / enrollment details, reason for request, and any supporting materials.

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days.

6. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and will apply to future purchases (not retroactively, unless stated).
